DESCRIPTION
The
gss_export_name()
converts a mechanism name (MN) to export form.
Input Parameters
- input_name
Specifies the mechanism name (MN) to be exported.
Output Parameters
- exported_name
The canonical contiguous string form of
input_name.
- minor_status
Returns a status code from the security mechanism.
STATUS CODES
The following status codes can be returned:
- GSS_S_COMPLETE
The routine was completed successfully.
- GSS_S_BAD_NAMETYPE
The name passed by the
input_name
parameter is not recognized.
- GSS_S_BAD_NAME
The routine could not interpret the
input_name
parameter as a name of the type specified.
- GSS_S_NAME_NOT_MN
The provided internal name was not a mechanism name.
