pppoerd.conf — PPPoE (Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet) relay configuration file

DESCRIPTION

pppoerd.conf is the configuration file for the pppoerd daemon. This file is read by pppoerd to initailize the relay. The default file is /etc/ppp/pppoerd.conf. Note that, you cannot run pppoerd without this configuration file. Each entry in the pppoerd.conf file is separated by a new line. Blank lines and lines that begin with # are ignored.

Parameters

pppoerd.conf contains the following parameters:

server-intf

Specify the name of the server interface; e,g.: lan0.

client-intf-list

Specify a list of one or more client interface names.

Sample pppoerd.conf File

server-intf=lan4 client-intf-list=lan2 lan0
